2021 Department of the Army NCO and Soldier of the Year
Twenty-four of the Army’s top Soldiers and Noncommissioned Officers will compete at Fort Knox and in Washington D.C. during the U.S. Army 2021 Best Warrior Competition from Oct. 1 through Oct. 14.
The finalists, 12 Soldiers and 12 NCOs, have proven themselves during subordinate competitions throughout the year and will now compete for the titles Soldier of the Year and Noncommissioned Officer of the Year.
